Recently, many products of MM2 have been deleted the logo then posted on the media pages of "stolen" people or organizations to mislead customers. Disclosure of intellectual property rights protects the interests of customers as well as creates a healthier business environment. The content of the intellectual property right declaration is published by MM2 with the following contents:
WHO IS THE INTELLECTUAL OWNER OF PRODUCTS DESIGNED BY MM2
The subjects of copyright include the author (or co-author) and the copyright owner.
Author: The author is the person who directly creates part or the whole of the work, including:
All products posted on the official website of MM2 are under the copyright of MM2 Joint Stock Company;
“Creativity” can be understood as the creation of a work from mental labor and not the act of copying from what is already available.” The Direct Creators are the architects of MM2" who directly expresses an idea in a certain material form and create a work. However, creative architects are hired by MM2 to create "creative works", so the authors of "creative works" belong to MM2 and do not belong to individual architects directly creating " creative work".Copyright Owner: The copyright owner is:
I.Owners: Organizations or individuals that assign tasks to authors or sign contracts with authors: when the organization assigns the task of creating works to authors who belong to their organization; or the organization or individual that sign a contract with the author who creates the work (here is the customer).
II. Co-owner: MM2 is also a co-owner of copyright, so MM2 is allowed to use "creative works" images for legitimate promotion and communication purposes.
III. Licensee: branches in the same system of MM2, individual partners approved by MM2 to assign rights.
DISCLOSURE OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND COPYRIGHT OWNER:
By uploading images, videos or other means of communication on social networking sites, websites, direct printing, MM2 has announced our intellectual property rights. Images, videos or content posted by other individuals and organizations after the date of publication of MM2 infringes the intellectual property rights of MM2.
OTHER PERSON OR ORGANIZATION MUST NOT PERFORM THE FOLLOWING ACTIVITIES WITHOUT THE AGREEMENT OF MM2
i. Appropriating copyright to literary, artistic and scientific works;
ii. Impersonating the author;
iii. Publishing and distributing works without the author's permission;
iv. Publishing and distributing works with co-authors without the permission of such co-authors;
v. Modifying, mutilating or misrepresenting the work in any way that is prejudicial to the honor and reputation of the author;
vi. Copying a work without permission of the author or copyright owner, except for the cases specified at Points A and D, Clause 1, Article 25 of the current Intellectual Property Law;
vii. Making a derivative work without the permission of the author or copyright owner to the work used to make the derivative work, except for the case specified at Point i, Clause 1, Article 25 of the current Intellectual Property Law.
viii. Using the work without the permission of the copyright owner, without paying royalties, remuneration, or other material benefits as prescribed by law, except for the case specified in Clause 1, Article 25 of the current Intellectual Property Law.
ix. Leasing the work without paying royalties, remuneration and other material benefits to the author or copyright;
x. Duplicating, reproducing, distributing, displaying or otherwise communicating the work to the public via communication networks and digital means without the permission of the copyright owner;
xi. Publishing the work without the permission of the copyright owner;
xii. Intentionally rescinding or invalidating technical measures taken by the copyright owner to protect the copyright in his or her work;
xiii. Deliberately deleting or changing the management information rights in electronic form contained in the work;
xiv. Manufacturing, assembling, transforming, distributing, importing, exporting, selling or leasing equipment when knowing or having grounds to know that this equipment nullifies the technical measures taken by the copyright owner taken to protect the copyright in their work;
xv. Making and selling works where the author's signature is forged;
xvi. Exporting, importing, distributing copies of works without the permission of the copyright owner.
INDIVIIDUALS - ORGANIZATIONS IN VIOLATION OF COPYRIGHT OF MM2:
Individuals or organizations that infringe the ownerright of MM2, we will notify within 7 days if the unit does not respond, remove and post the author's announcement of MM2r with the posted product, we will appeal to the competent authorities.
